Our Promise: Inspect Before You Pay

 

Every order from Shine & Style is delivered Cash on Delivery (COD). You inspect the piece — and verify the S925 ALE hallmark stamp — with the courier at your door before handing over any payment. If the item is not exactly as described, or you are not satisfied, you simply decline the order. No payment. No hassle.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Because every order is verified at the door before payment, we do not accept returns or refunds on items that have already been accepted and paid for. If you accepted the item at delivery, it means you verified the hallmark and were satisfied with the piece.

 

If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, please refuse the delivery. The courier will return it to us at no charge to you.
